Thank you for expressing interest in participating as an official Exhibitor of the Fall 2019 Columbus Bridal Soiree being held at the Grand Event Center, (820 Goodale Blvd, Columbus, OH 43212) in Grandview, Ohio, on Sunday, September 15th, 2019, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
A single booth space (one 6’ table, square footage pending) is $300 and a *double booth* is $500 (2 6’ tables, square footage pending). Tables will be provided with a basic poly linen (neutral color). You will also receive 2 chairs per 6ft table. *Double booths are limited. A deposit of $100 can be made to reserve your booth. Full payment (total $300 or $500) must be paid by August 15th, 2019. There is no charge for electricity, but it is limited, so please include if you need it and we will accommodate those exhibitors according to priority. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords & power strips. Wi-Fi information will be provided at a later date. The number of Exhibitors in each category will be limited categories are as follows (Bakers, Bartenders/Drink Services, Beauty Services, Bridal Shops/Designers, Catering, Dance, Design/Decor, DJ/Music, Direct Sales, Florists, Gifts, Health & Wellness, Photo Booths, Photography, Stationary, Travel, Tuxedos/Men’s Apparel, Venues, Videography, Other). • Each Exhibitor MUST provide one of the following: (the offer/item must be provided/coordinated NLT August 15, 2019, items can be a physical gift or gift certificate/discount offer for brides/attendees). - a Columbus Bridal Soiree Offer, (discounted product/service for attendees) - a Swag Bag item, 75 items, (a gift/treat, pens, cups, sash, slippers, hair ties, lip balm, candy bags, cookies, nail polish, etc, or any promotional items to represent your brand) - a prize/gift for bridal giveaways/raffles To help get the word out to other Exhibitors and engaged couples, please like the Facebook page, share it along with the updates that will be posted. Additional details will be provided later concerning load in and load out times as well as floor plan diagram. We also will be adding some fun elements to the Soiree and we will communicate these with you as well.
